Feature Tower Abu Dhabi
This is a project for Abu Dhabi Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). The building is very innovative and futuristic. The structure of the building relies upon a steel dia-grid lattice arranged externally to the facade providing the structural integrity of the building. An 80m 'cone shaped" atrium extends through the upper floors of the building where open balconies serve hotel rooms.
This project is very challenging and requiring performance based fire engineering studies to be applied both to the structure and smoke management design of the atrium.
Exova Warringtonfire are appointed as the Fire Consultant for the project on behalf of RMJM (Dubai).
