Bodycote Testing Group becomes Exova

Bodycote Testing Group, the worldwide testing and advisory business has been renamed Exova. The creation of a new name and identity which reflect the company’s new direction, vision and values, has been prompted by the sale of the business by Bodycote plc last year. This means that Bodycote Warringtonfire will become Exova Warringtonfire.

Bodycote Testing Group, which employs over 4000 and has over 130 facilities in 25 countries, was acquired by the global private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier and Rice (CD&R), in October 2008.
The transition to the Exova brand will take place over the next 5 months to be completed by October 2009.

As a Bodycote Testing now Exova, supplier or customer you can be assured that that the people you have worked with previously will remain the same but we ask you to update your records to ensure continuity of service. There is no change to the terms and conditions of business and our accreditation, registration and VAT numbers will remain the same.
