Warrington Certification Limited have launched the first certification scheme in the UK for companies offering fire risk assessment services.
The scheme has been designed to quality assure life safety risk assessments produced by the certificated company.
Competence of all the employees within the company who work to produce the assessment is at the heart of this scheme. It is written to comply with BS EN 45011: 2003; the quality assurance standard. The company scheme also audits the companys Quality Management Systems and includes on site surveillance visits.
Based on the successful FIRAS model of certification FRACS (Company) works in parallel with the individual competence assessment scheme FRACS which has been accredited by UKAS against BS EN ISO/IEC 17024 the standard for certification of personnel
